Mamta Carrol brings extensive experience in community social responsibility (CSR) and developmental communications to her role at Smile Train. She has been a consultant to several CSR initiatives across industries/sectors, including the Centre for Science and Environment, the United Nations, various corporate conglomerates, and ad agencies. Her assignments have also included PR, event management, project management, environmental education, exhibition organization, outreach programs, healthcare awareness, and paralegal aid to underprivileged sections of society in the rural and semi-urban areas of India.
Since joining Smile Train in 2006, Mamta has become an integral part of the organization and holds the cause very close to her heart.
