Dr. Charvee practiced in a multi-speciality dental and implant clinic in Delhi for almost two years. Driven by the matra, “Do not complain; contribute,’ she has worked at the village and grassroots level with organizations such as State Bank of India Foundation and BAIF Development Research Foundation for women, adolescent, and child health in Rajasthan.
With more than four years of experience in the public health sector, Charvee has also worked with organizations such as Tata Trust at the district level and the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease at state level in Jharkhand on projects related to nutrition and tuberculosis, respectively.
In her previous roles, Charvee has been acknowledged for effective stakeholder management, teamwork, project management, and government liasing. Charvee joined Smile Train in November 2022 and is committed to strengthening the organization’s work sponsoring quality cleft care services.
